We had a few Lam-Air technicians assigned to our home warranty claims, and they always arrived when expected and were a pleasure to work with. Eventually we decided to replace our separate furnace and AC systems with a heat pump capable of handling both floors. To me it seemed like a huge job but they handled most of it within one day, only needing a second day to make a quick trip to install a condensation pump.

We've worked with a lot of various contractors and home improvement services over the years and one things that seems to be a sign of a good company is how well the crew and the foreman get along. In that regard it was awesome watching these guys work. They cracked jokes, constantly asked one another if they needed help, and just took the job very seriously. Cleanup was spotless and if it weren't for the fact that our air conditioning is vastly improved and far quieter than it used to be, you'd barely know they were here!

We got a new heat pump at one end of our house and a new compressor in the unit at the other end. They were on time, friendly, courteous and helpful. They completed the work quickly. We got phone and email notifications when they would be here so we knew when to expect them. They gave us the information but didn't push us on decisions we needed to make. They knew our one unit was under warranty so got us a price cut. Our house stays cool now and it cut our electric bill. We definitely recommend this company.

I was assigned this company by my home warranty. I called them at 8 am and they had a tech out by 9:30 am. We are in the middle of a heatwave and I was so thankful that Dave found the problem and fixed it within 30 mins. I will for sure be calling this company with my future needs.

I am surprised at the negative reviews. I called LAM when our a/c stopped working, and they showed up the same day, fixed the problem, and only charged a very affordable price. The receptionist was nice. Thanks, guys.
